About the Founder
From building financial infrastructure to helping experts launch AI startups.
Why MindFirst AI exists — and why it had to come from someone built in operations, not in marketing.
The background
I didn't come from sales. I didn't come from marketing. My background is financial infrastructure — regulated systems, licensed operations, banking structures. I spent years building the kind of processes that don't forgive shortcuts.
The turning point
When I needed to generate demand without a large marketing budget or a pre-built sales team, the standard playbook didn't work. So I rebuilt the process from scratch — combining AI, LinkedIn outreach, automation, developer support and structured follow-up into one operator-grade pipeline.
That's when I saw it clearly: AI dramatically expands what one experienced operator can do. The real bottleneck isn't technology anymore. It's knowing what to build and how to bring it to market.

The pattern I kept seeing
I kept meeting people with twenty years of real industry depth — in finance, operations, compliance, healthcare, logistics. They had ideas grounded in real pain. They understood their markets better than most tech founders ever will.
But they were stuck. Not because they weren't smart enough. Because no one had built the bridge between expertise and execution.

Mission
To help experienced professionals turn what they know into products the market will pay for.
